  Aus einem Stab gebogener Leiter für elektrische Maschinen. 



   Die Erfindung betrifft solche Wicklungen elektrischer Maschinen, bei denen die einzelnen Windungen aus einem Stab durch   entsprechende   Biegung he : gestellt werden. Sie ist in folgendem an Hand der Zeichnung näher erläutert. 



   Fig. i zeigt zunächst ein Beispiel für die bisher übliche   Ausfühlung derartige : Wicklungen.   



  Der Leiterstab ist über die schmale Seite gebogen und weist an der   Biegungsst-Ile   die volle   Höhe   al auf. Infolgedessen darf man den inneren K ümmungsradius nicht zu klein wählen, da andernfalls der Stab auf der äusseren Se : te reissen oder auf der inneren Seite sich ausbauchen   wü-de.   Dadurch ergibt sich aber eine grosse radiale Ausladung der Wicklung, die in vielen Fällen, wo es auf äusserste Raumausnutzung ankommt, nachteilig ist. 



   Fig. 2 veranschaulicht die gleiche Wicklung bei Benutzung der Erfindung. Die Höhe des Stabes ist darnach an der   Biegungqstelle   auf a2 herabgesetzt, so dass es möglich ist, die beiden Schenkel des Stabes durch eine einzige Krümmung vollkommen zusammen-

 erforderlich, dass die Herabsetzung der Stabhöhe an der Biegungsstelle gerade in der dort angegebenen Form geschieht. Wesentlich ist nur, dass die Höhe an der Biegungsstelle tatsächlich verringert ist und so den Erfindungszweck zu erzielen gestattet. 



   Die Verringerung der Stabhöhe an der Biegungsstelle lässt sich zweckmässig durch Ausstanzen vornehmen.

   The invention relates to such windings of electrical machines in which the individual turns of a rod are made by appropriate bending. It is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawing.



   Fig. I first shows an example of the usual design of such: windings.



  The ladder rod is bent over the narrow side and has the full height al at the bending point. As a result, the inner radius of curvature should not be chosen too small, since otherwise the rod would tear on the outer side or bulge out on the inner side. However, this results in a large radial overhang of the winding, which is disadvantageous in many cases where maximum space utilization is important.



   Figure 2 illustrates the same winding using the invention. The height of the rod is then reduced to a2 at the bend point, so that it is possible to bring the two legs of the rod together completely by a single curve.
