Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Tuberkulinpräparates.
Bei der bisherigen Herstellung des Tuberkulins durch Verdampfung der Tuberkulosebazillenkultur im Vakuum ergeben sich erhebliche Verluste durch die in den Abdämpfen enthaltenen Stoffe.
Diese zu gewinnen und damit das Verfahren ökonomischer zu gestalten, ist der Zweck der Erfindung.
Diese besteht im wesentlichen darin, dass die mit den flüchtigen Stoffen entweichenden Dämpfe der Tuberkulosebazillenkultur durch geeignete Flüssigkeiten, beispielsweise destilliertes Wasser, geleitet werden, in welchen die Abdämpfe zur Absorption gelangen.
Nach entsprechender Sättigung dieser Flüssigkeiten können diese ebenso wie das eigentliche Tuberkulin zur Anwendung kommen.

In the previous production of tuberculin by evaporation of the tuberculosis bacillus culture in a vacuum, considerable losses result from the substances contained in the fumes.
The purpose of the invention is to obtain these and thus make the process more economical.
This essentially consists in the fact that the vapors of the tuberculosis bacillus culture escaping with the volatile substances are passed through suitable liquids, for example distilled water, in which the vapors are absorbed.
Once these liquids have been adequately saturated, they can be used just like the actual tuberculin.
