Umklappbares Bajonett.
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein umklappbares Bajonett, welches an der Waffe (Gewehr, Lanzenschaft o. dgl. ) ständig befestigt ist und in zwei verschiedene Stellungen gebracht bzw. in diesen festgestellt werden kann, und zwar in aufgeklappter Stellung, in welcher das Bajonett gebrauchsfertig ist und in umgeklappter Stellung, in welcher das Bajonett ausser Gebrauch ist.
Das Wesen-der Erfindung besteht darin, dass auf dem Bajonetthalse eine Hülse angeordnet ist, welche auf den Hals des Bajonetts von unten aufschiebbar ist und zur Feststellung des Bajonetts in beiden Stellungen dient.
In der Zeichnung ist dieses umklappbare Bajonett in drei Ausführungsformen dargestellt.
In allen drei Ausführungsformen ist das Bajonett derart ausgebildet, dass die Feststellungshülse auf den Hals des Bajonetts aufgeschoben werden kann. Hierdurch wird die Erzeugung sowohl des Bajonetts, als auch der Hülse ausserordentlich einfach, aber auch die Vorrichtung selbst wird einfach und billig, da diese aufschiebbare Feststellungshülse bzw. das Begrenzungsorgan für das
Verschieben der Feststellungshülse zugleich auch die Feststellung des umklappbaren Bajonetts bsorgt.
Ein weiterer, sehr wesentlicher Vorteil der auf den Bajonetthals aufschiebbaren Fest- stellungshülse ist, dass die Feststellvorrichtung von der Form und Breite der Bajonettklinge vollkommen unabhängig wird, während Feststellvoirichtungen, welche keine über den Hals aufschiebbare Hülse besitzen, nur bei solchen Bajonettklingen verwendet werden können, deren Durchmesser geringer ist als der lichte Durchmesser der Hülse, oder aber müssen die
Hülsen aus zwei Teilen zusammengestellt werden, damit sie mit Umgehung der Klinge und des Halses am Halse selbst montierbar seien.
Bei der in Fig. i und 2 im Längs-und Querschnitt dargestellten Ausführungsform ist der unten aufgeschlitzte Hals 2 des Bajonetts 1 an der an der Waffe befestigten Rippe 7 um den
Bolzen 6 drehbar ; auf den Hals 2 des Bajonetts ist, selbstverständlich vor Befestigung an die
Rippe, die Feststellungshülse 11 aufgezogen, welche unter Wirkung der gleichfalls am Bajonett- hals angeordneten Feder 5 steht. Die Verschiebbarkeit der Feststellungshülse wird durch den
Stift 3 begrenzt, welcher im Langloch 12 des Bajonetthalses 2 beweglich ist. Auf der Rippe 7 sind die Rasten 8, 8'und 9,9'ausgebildet, in welche die Feststellungshülse 11 unter Wirkung der Feder 5 einschnappt und in den zwei Stellungen festgehalten wird.
Die Umschaltung von der einen Stellung in die andere geschieht in der Weise, dass man die Feststellungshülse 11 gegen- über der Feder 5 in der Richtung nach der Spitze des Bajonetts zieht, wodurch die Hülse aus den betreffenden Rasten herausgezogen wird, sodann klappt man das Bajonett nach der Richtung der zweiten Rast in der Rippe um, wodurch die unter Wirkung der Feder stehende Feststellung hülse in die betreffenden Rasten einschnappt und das Bajonett in dieser Stellung feststellt.
Bei der in Fig. 3 und 4 dargestellten Ausführungsform besitzt die Feststellungshülse unten eine Nase 10, welche in die Rasten 8 und 9 der Rippe 7 einschnappt, im übrigen steht auch bei dieser Ausführung die Feststellungshülse 11 unter Wirkung der Feder 5 und wird deren Ver- schiebbarkeit durch den Stift 3 begrenzt.
Bei der Ausführungsform nach Fig. 5 und 6 schnappt der zur Begrenzung der Verschieb- barkeit der Feststellungshülse dienende Stift 3 in die Rasten 8 und 9 der Rippe 7.
Bei allen dargestellten Ausführungsformen hat der Bajonetthals und die Hülse einen kreis- förmigen Querschnitt, da die Erzeugung so am einfachsten ist, der Querschnitt könnte aber auch irgendeine andere Form besitzen ; wichtig ist nur, dass die Hülse auf den Hals aufschiebbar sei.
Selbstverständlich kann die Feststellungshülse auch ohne Feder verwendet werden.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE : i. Umklappbares und in beiden Stellungen feststellbares Bajonett, welches ein bewegliches und in Rasten eingreifendes Feststellungsorgan besitzt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fest- stellungsorgan durch eine auf den Hals des Bajonetts aufgeschobene Feststellungshülse ge- bildet wird.
