Füllfeder.
EMI1.1
EMI1.2

Fountain pen.
EMI1.1
engages and by rotating the control cylinder, the back and forth movement of the support rod of the spring in the spring housing for pushing the spring in and out is effected.
The invention aims to increase the capacity of the fountain pen to absorb the ink, to reduce manufacturing costs and to facilitate the assembly of the individual parts of the pen.
According to the invention, the locking piece of the spring housing has a shorter length than has been customary so far, so that the control cylinder of the spring support rod provided with the screw groove guide engages in the housing of the spring. A connecting piece provided with a thread on the outside is screwed into the locking piece of the spring and surrounds the control cylinder provided with the screw groove guide. The spring housing is screwed onto the connecting piece.
On the inside of this connecting piece, which surrounds the control cylinder provided with the screw groove guide, a long groove is provided as a guide for the guide pin of the spring support rod.
The drawing illustrates the fountain pen according to the invention in an exemplary embodiment. Fig. I shows a longitudinal section through the fountain pen, Fig. 2 shows a longitudinal section of the upper parts without the housing, which includes a right angle with the section according to Fig. I, Fig. 3 is a cross section and Fig. 4 is a detail.
The spring housing a and the locking piece b form the outer parts of the spring. A rotatable control cylinder c with a screw groove guide d is arranged in the housing a (FIG. 2).
At the upper end of the control cylinder e there is a pin e on which the button / 'is attached.
EMI1.2
Enclosed sleeve i, which has a long groove j (Fig. 2 to 4) and screw thread i 'on the outside. The sleeve i simultaneously forms a connecting piece between the housing a of the spring and the closure piece b, both of which are screwed onto the sleeve i which surrounds the control cylinder c. The guide pin h of the support rod g of the spring extends through the screw groove d of the rotatable control cylinder c and into the elongated groove j of the immovable connector i.
By turning the control cylinder c by means of the button f, the support rod g of the spring in the spring housing is moved back and forth to push the spring in and out.
