Description
<Desc/Clms Page number 1>

The invention is based on the problem of filling the line zone when refilling cuvettes for pipelines in such a way that optimum embedding thereof is ensured.
The state of the art for this task is shown as follows in Fig. 1: After appropriate completion of the bezel, a cleanliness layer (1) z. B. crushed sand 0/4 mm in a thickness of about 2, 0 cm, introduced uncompressed.
The pipeline in question (2) is laid on this cleanliness layer. The pipe zone (3) is then filled with crushed sand 0/4, the pipe zone is not mechanically compacted in order not to damage the existing pipe string.
In the filling zone (4), in accordance with the relevant regulations, filler material 0/32 to 0/45 is introduced and mechanically compressed; Finally, the 0/32 mixture graded according to an upper base layer is introduced into the repair zone (5) and is also compacted by machine.
The disadvantage of the current method of backfilling the pipeline zone is the risk of poorly filled areas (6). This fact does not occur with the present invention, and optimal embedding of the pipe string in the line zone is ensured.
The process of filling the line zone according to the invention now consists in that a mineralogically optimized grain mixture - preferably made of dolomite or limestone - has a corresponding filler content, and water is additionally added.
Thanks to its controllable, rheological properties, this so-called flowable filling material is now able to fully wrap pipe strings. Furthermore, this material has the property of hardening based on the hydraulic processes after the addition of water, so that it can be walked on quickly.
