Drehbank oder Schleifmaschine zum Bearbeiten von Kurbelzapfen.
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verbesserung der. Drehbank nach Patent Nr. 72375, und zwar ist zur Erhöhung der Genauigkeit der Arbeit die Zahl der Gelenke im Übertragung- mechanismus für das Werkzeug vermindert und sind die Zahnräder weggelassen. Gemäss der Erfindung ist die Kurbelscheibe (es können auch mehrere sein), von der die Bewegung des Werkzeuges abgeleitet wird, gleichachsig mit dem Werkstück gelagert und läuft mit diesem synchron um. An jeder Kurbelscheibe ist eine Schubstange angelenkt, deren anderes Ende geradlinig geführt wird und mit der oder den Schubstangen ist der Werkzeughalterschlitten starr verbunden.
In der Zeichnung zeigt Fig. i die neue Vorrichtung im. Querschnitt und Fig. 2 in einer Draufsicht.
Gleichachsig mit dem zu bearbeitenden Werkstück sind eine oder mehrere Kurbelscheiben E gelagert, die auch mit gleicher Winkelgeschwindigkeit wie das Werkstück umlaufen. An den Scheiben E sind Schubstangen AB angelenkt, deren Enden B mittels der Gleitstücke F auf Führungen H senkrecht zur Werkstückachse hin und her bewegt werden. Die Schubstangen sind starr mit dem Schlitten T verbunden, auf dem längs des Werkstückes der Werkzeughalter G verschiebbar ist. Bei der Bewegung der Kurbelscheiben schwingt der -Träger T mit dem Werkzeughalter um die Achse B-B und verschiebt sich gleichzeitig zum Werkstück hin bzw. von diesem weg. Dabei beschreibt die Werkzeugschneide, wie bei der Einrichtung nach dem Hauptpatent, relativ zum Werkstück einen Kreis, der dem Umfang des zu bearbeitenden Kurbelzapfens entspricht.
Die Erfindung ist auch zum Schleifen von Kurbelzapfen verwendbar.

The invention relates to an improvement in. Pushrods AB are articulated to the disks E, the ends B of which are moved back and forth on guides H perpendicular to the workpiece axis by means of the sliders F. The push rods are rigidly connected to the slide T, on which the tool holder G can be moved along the workpiece. When the crank disks move, the carrier T with the tool holder swings around the axis B-B and at the same time moves towards and away from the workpiece. As with the device according to the main patent, the tool cutting edge describes a circle relative to the workpiece that corresponds to the circumference of the crank pin to be machined.
The invention can also be used for grinding crank pins.
