  Elektrische Kochvorrichtung. 



   Eine wesentlich raschere und stärkere Heizwirkung als mit geschlossenen Kochplatten kann in bekannter Weise mit durchbrochenen Platten erzielt werden, insbesondere dann, wenn die Stromzuführungen samt den Heizleitern an der Kochplatte angeordnet sind. 



   Hierdurch wird eine doppelte Wirkung erzielt. Einerseits wird der Heizleiter sehr nahe an das zu erwärmende Gefäss herangebracht, wodurch eine günstige Wärmeabgabe gesichert ist, andrerseits kann die Platte samt den frei ausgespannten Heizleitern leicht von dem Gehäuse oder dem darunter befindlichen Reflektor abgehoben werden, ohne elektrische Verbindungen lösen zu müssen. Infolge der einfachen Abhebbarkeit der Platte wird die Reinigung der ganzen Vorrichtung sehr erleichtert. Auch erfolgt die Wärmeabgabe von den Heizleiterträgern nur an die Heizplatte, wodurch Wärmeverluste vermieden werden. Um der durch die Kochplattenöffnungen tretenden Flüssigkeit das freie Abtropfen zu ermöglichen, sind die Heizdrähte vorteilhaft frei ausgespannt, wobei die Stützen der Drähte allfällig verdeckt unter einer Gitterung o. dgl. der-Kochplatte liegen. 



   In der Zeichnung stellt 1 die Kochplatte, 2 den Heizdraht und 3 den Reflektor dar. 



  4 sind   Trag- und Befestigungsstäbe ;   Streifen oder Rollen. aus isolierendem, feuerbeständigem Stoffe, 5 ist ein Ansatz, durch den die Stromzuführung mittels Steckers 6 erfolgt. 



   Die Platte ist samt ihren Heizdrähten vom Reflektor abhebbar. Um sie nach Bedarf an diesem festzuhalten, kann ein Stift 8, ein Ansatz 7. eine oder mehrere Federn o. dgl. vorgesehen sein.

   A considerably faster and stronger heating effect than with closed hotplates can be achieved in a known manner with perforated plates, especially when the power supply lines together with the heating conductors are arranged on the hotplate.



   This has a double effect. On the one hand, the heating conductor is brought very close to the vessel to be heated, which ensures favorable heat dissipation.On the other hand, the plate and the freely stretched heating conductors can be easily lifted from the housing or the reflector below without having to disconnect electrical connections. As the plate can be easily lifted off, cleaning of the entire device is made much easier. The heat dissipation from the heating conductor supports only takes place on the heating plate, which prevents heat losses. In order to allow the liquid passing through the hotplate openings to drip off freely, the heating wires are advantageously freely stretched, the supports of the wires possibly being covered under a grating or the like of the hotplate.



   In the drawing, 1 represents the hotplate, 2 the heating wire and 3 the reflector.



  4 are support and fastening rods; Strips or rolls. made of insulating, fire-resistant materials, 5 is an approach through which the power is supplied by means of plug 6.



   The plate and its heating wires can be lifted off the reflector. In order to hold them on this as required, a pin 8, a shoulder 7, one or more springs or the like can be provided.
