Die Erfindung betrifft eine Mehrkomponenten Naturmatratze.
Äusserlich erscheint diese Matratze wie eine einteilige Matratze. Tatsächlich aber unterteilt sie sich in ein Element, das den Kein der Matratze umfasst (Fig. 2), und in ein Element, das die Matratzenauflage umfasst (Fig. 1). Im Fall einer Doppelbettmatratze kann das Kernelement aus zwei Teilen (etwa zu 90 cm Breite) und einer durchgehenden Matratzenauflage, insgesamt also aus drei Teilen bestehen.
Das Kemelement Das Kemelement, das in jedem Fall von einem Baumwoll- oder einem Baumwoll/Leinengradl ummantelt ist, besteht aus Naturlatexplatten (Fig. 3 und 4) mit bienenwabenförmigen Ausnehmungen. Diese Ausnehmungen (Luftkammern) stehen anstelle von Federungselementen (Federkemen). Ihre Grösse und Zusammensetzung ist variierbar und bestimmt u. a. die Federungshärte der Mehrkomponenten Naturmatratze.
Das Kemelement kann wahlweise ausschliesslich mit den beschriebenen Naturlatexplatten gefüllt sein oder mit Naturlatexplatten in Kombination mit latexierten Kokosfaserplatten. Das Kemelement weist eine Stärke von 6-12 cm auf.
Das Matratzenauflaaenelement Die äussere Form des Matratzenauflagenelements entspricht einem nach der Unterseite hin offenen Quader mit dem das Kemelement überzogen wird.
Das Matratzenauflagenelement, das entweder mit einem Baumwoll- oder einem Baumwoll/Leinengradl ummantelt ist, ist obenseitig gefüllt mit jeweils zwei Lagen vemadelter und versteppter Schafschurwolle oder Baumwolle oder Rosshaar. Auch die Kombination dieser Materialien ist möglich (Schafwolle/Baumwolle ; Schafwolle/Rosshaar, Bauwolle/Rosshaar). Die Seitenteile sind mehrfach versteppt, so dass sie einen steifen Körper ergeben ; die unteren Ecken der Seitenteile sind jeweils mit einer Stofflasche zur Fixierung des Matratzenauflagenelements am Kemelement versehen.
Neu an der Mehrkomponenten-Naturmatratze ist-wie der Name sagt - ihre Mehrteiligkeit bei gleichbleibender Kompaktheit der Matratze. Das Matratzenauflagenelement, mit dem der menschliche Körper unmittelbar in Berührung kommt, erfüllt die Feuchtigkeitsregulierung. Es kann leicht vom Kemelement, etwa für Trocknungs- oder Durchlüftungszwecke, abgenommen werden wodurch auf einfache Art und Weise ein erheblicher schlafhygienischer Qualitätszuwachs erzielt wird.

The invention relates to a multi-component natural mattress.
Externally, this mattress appears like a one-piece mattress. In fact, however, it is divided into an element that includes the none of the mattress (FIG. 2) and an element that includes the mattress topper (FIG. 1). In the case of a double bed mattress, the core element can consist of two parts (approximately 90 cm wide) and a continuous mattress topper, ie a total of three parts.
The core element The core element, which is covered in any case by a cotton or a cotton / linen grade, consists of natural latex plates (FIGS. 3 and 4) with honeycomb-shaped recesses. These recesses (air chambers) are instead of suspension elements (spring core). Their size and composition is variable and determines u. a. the suspension hardness of the multi-component natural mattress.
The core element can optionally be filled exclusively with the natural latex sheets described or with natural latex sheets in combination with latexed coconut fiber sheets. The core element has a thickness of 6-12 cm.
The mattress support element The outer shape of the mattress support element corresponds to a cuboid open towards the bottom with which the core element is covered.
The mattress topper element, which is covered with either a cotton or a cotton / linen grade, is filled on the top with two layers of needled and quilted sheep's wool or cotton or horsehair. The combination of these materials is also possible (sheep wool / cotton; sheep wool / horsehair, cotton / horsehair). The side parts are quilted several times, so that they result in a stiff body; the lower corners of the side parts are each provided with a fabric flap for fixing the mattress support element to the core element.
What is new about the multi-component natural mattress, as the name suggests, is its multi-part structure with the mattress remaining compact. The mattress support element with which the human body comes into direct contact fulfills the moisture regulation. It can easily be removed from the core element, for example for drying or aeration purposes, whereby a considerable increase in sleep hygiene quality is achieved in a simple manner.
