Abstract
Eine SAW-Identifikationseinheit (3) für einen kapazitiven und/oder piezoelektrischen Sensor (1) mit zumindest einem Messwertaufnehmer umfasst ein eine Sensorkennung repräsentierendes SAW-Ele-ment (3a) und zumindest einen Anschluss (5, 10) für einen hochfrequenten Abfrageimpulse. Um für Sensoren mit beliebigem Aufbau und Eigenschaft das eigentliche Sensorsignal möglichst wenig zu beeinflussen und dennoch eine deutliche Identifikation zu gewährleisten, und diese mit wenig Aufwand einfach und sicher mit einer Abfrageeinheit zu koppeln, ist ein definierter Abschluss (3b) für Hochfrequenzimpulse auf der dem Anschluss (5, 10) für die Hochfrequenzimpulse abgewandten Seite des SAW-Elementes (3a) vorgesehen.A SAW identification unit (3) for a capacitive and / or piezoelectric sensor (1) with at least one transducer comprises a SAW element (3a) representing a sensor identifier and at least one connection (5, 10) for a high-frequency interrogation pulse.
