Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Verschlusssicherung für verschnürte Pakete, Säcke u. dgl. an Stelle der bisher gebräuchlichen Plomben.
Gemäss der Erfindung werden die Knoten oder auch die Enden der zur Verschnürung dienenden Schnüre. Bänder oder dgl. in eine plastische, rasch abbindende oder erhärtende Masse aus Gips, Wasserglas und Kalk, Zement oder dgl. eingebettet, welche zur Verringerung der Sprödigkeit mit Faserstoff wie Papier-oder Pappenstoff, Baumwolle, Haar, Werg, Asbest oder dgl. vermischt ist, und diese Masse wird dann mittels einer Zange nach Art einer Plombierzange zusammengepresst, wobei auch Inschriften oder andere Zeichen in die Masse eingeprägt werden.
Diese Verselusssicherung ist nach dem Abbinden oder Erhärten der Masse ebenso verlässlich, wie die bisherigen Plomben aus Blei oder Blech, dabei aber wesentlich billiger und einfacher anzubringen und weist die für den Gebrauch nötige Dauerhaftigkeit und Widerstandsfähigkeit auf.
