  Schmiedepresse. 



   Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Schmiedepresse, welche eine gleichzeitige   Bearbeitung   des   Werkstückes   durch das Presshaupt von oben und durch ein seitlich angepresst n Hauptantrieb der   Pre@se   gesteuertes   Werkzeug ermöglicht.   Gemäss der Erfindung wind das   seitliche Werkzeug   erst nach dem Aufsetzen des Presshauptes auf das Werkstück auf dieses ein und wird noch bevor der Pressdruck von oben aufhört, zurückgezogen. Dadurch wird vermieden, dass die Einwirkung des seitlichen Werkzeuges oder dessen Entfernen eine seitliche Verschiebung des Werkstückes zur Folge hat. 



   Eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Gegenstandes der Erfindung zeigt die Zeichnung.

Zur gleichzeitigen Bearbeitung des   Werkstückes   von oben und von der Seite ist ein Antrieb ausser für das Presshaupt noch für die von der Seite einwirkenden Werkzeuge, z. B. einen Lochdorn   23,   vorgesehen. Dieser Antrieb besteht aus einer auf   der Antriebswelle, 35   für das Presshaupt sitzenden Nockenscheibe 26 und einem Schwinghebel 24, der das Werkzeug 23 durch die Ausbildung der Scheibe 26 erst nach dem Aufsetzen des Presshauptes auf das Werkstück an oder in dieses presst. Das Herausziehen des Werkzeuges ans dem Werk-   stück   bzw. das Wegziehen erfolgt noch bevor das Presshaupt sich vom   Arheitsstück   abhebt durch einen mit dem Hebel 24 verbundenen Lenker 27.

   Auf diesen Lenker wird im entsprechenden Zeitpunkt durch einen gleichfalls von der Welle 25 betätigten Mitnehmer ein Zug ausgeübt. In der gezeichneten Ausführungsform dient als Mitnehmer der Bolzen   28   an der Nockenscheibe 26, der in ein Auge 27 des Lenkers hineinragt.

   The subject of the invention is a forging press which enables simultaneous machining of the workpiece by the press head from above and by a tool controlled laterally by the main drive of the press. According to the invention, the side tool only winds in after the press head has been placed on the workpiece and is withdrawn before the pressing pressure from above ceases. This prevents the effect of the side tool or its removal from causing a lateral displacement of the workpiece.



   An example embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawing.

For the simultaneous processing of the workpiece from above and from the side, a drive is required except for the press head for the tools acting from the side, e.g. B. a piercer 23 is provided. This drive consists of a cam disk 26 seated on the drive shaft 35 for the press head and a rocking lever 24 which, due to the design of the disk 26, presses the tool 23 onto or into the workpiece only after the press head has been placed on it. The pulling out of the tool from the workpiece or the pulling away takes place even before the press head lifts off from the work piece by means of a link 27 connected to the lever 24.

   A pull is exerted on this link at the corresponding point in time by a driver likewise actuated by the shaft 25. In the embodiment shown, the pin 28 on the cam disk 26, which protrudes into an eye 27 of the handlebar, serves as a driver.
