Die in den Hotels gebräuchlichen Zimmerschlüssel sind mit einem die Zimmernummer tragenden Schild versehen, das mit einem Kettchen oder Ring an dem Schlüssel befestigt ist. Bei dieser Anordnung lässt sich Schild und Schlüssel in eine Ebene bringen, so dass der Schlüssel leicht aus Versehen eingesteckt und mitgenommen werden kann.
Gegenstand der Erfindung hat den Zweck, ein Zusammenklappen beider Teile in eine gemeinsame Ebene zu verhindern.
In der Zeichnung ist ein solcher Schlüssel in der Vorder-und Seitenansicht dargestellt. Die Neuheit besteht darin, dass'nahe an einem Gelenk, das Markenschild b und Schlüssel a verbindet, an dem Schild ein Anschlag c, d vorgesehen ist, so dass das Schild infolge dieses Anschlages nicht an den Schlüssel heruntergeklappt werden kann, also mit diesem nicht eine gemeinsame Ebene bildet, sondern dass der Schlüssel beim Zusammenklappen eine gewisse Winkelstellung mit dem Markenschild infolge des Anschlages einnehmen muss, so dass der Schlüssel, wenn er aus Versehen eingesteckt wird, sich in der Tasche bemerkbar macht.

The object of the invention has the purpose of preventing both parts from collapsing into a common plane.
In the drawing, such a key is shown in front and side views. The novelty consists in the fact that a stop c, d is provided on the label close to a joint that connects the brand label b and key a, so that the label cannot be folded down on the key as a result of this stop, i.e. not with it forms a common plane, but that when the key is folded, it has to assume a certain angular position with the brand label as a result of the stop, so that the key, if it is accidentally inserted, is noticeable in the pocket.
