Abstract

Hauptaufgabe von Türen in Feucht- bzw. Nassräumen ist es, gegen Wasser und in weiterer Folge gegen Reinigungs- und Desinfektionsmittel resistent zu sein. Bei herkömmlichen Türkonstruktionen ist eine Widerstandsfähigkeit gegen diese Einflüsse auf längere Zeit nicht gegeben, da die verwendeten Materialien nicht perfekt harmonisieren und somit ein Aufquellen des Türblattes oder ein Ablösen der Decklagen bzw. Deckplatten hervorrufen. Die Erfindung ist eine Türe bestehend aus einer Rahmenkonstruktion, deren Leisten (1) und (2) fix miteinander verleimt sind und somit die Innenlage (3) umschließen, wobei die Rahmenkonstruktion (1), (2) und die Innenlage (3) sowohl mit den Decklagen (5) als auch mit den Deckplatten (6) als Flächenabschluss vollflächig verleimt werden und eine Kante (4) als Kantenabschluss in stumpfer sowie gefälzter Ausführung aufgegossen wird. Da sich mehrere Hersteller am Markt befinden, ist es notwendig, auf Grund von dünneren Materialstärken der Deckplatten (6) eine Grundfolie (7) zum Ausgleich der unebenen Fläche der Decklage (5) aufzuleimen, und erst anschließend die Deckplatte (6) aufzubringen.The main task of doors in damp or wet rooms is to be resistant to water and subsequently to detergents and disinfectants.
