  Verfahren zur Stumpfschweissung von Eisen-, Aluminium-oder ändern Blechen, ins. besondere zur Herstellung von liochgeschirren. 



   Die Erfindung besteht in einem   Verfah-en   zur Stumpfschweissung von Eisen-, Aluminium-oder andern Blechen, insbesondere zur   Herstellung von KochgeschrTen, welches   Verfah en derart   du'chgeführt   wird, d. ss die genau passend stumpf aneinandergefügten Blech änder   : ch ein Aneimnderziehen   derselben   herbeifüh ende elekt@ische Punkschweissung vorgeschweisst   und sodann autogen fertig   verschweisst   werden,   wodu eh   eine in jeder Beziehung einwandfreie und so gut wie   unsichtbare   Naht   erzielba. r   ist. An Hand der Zeichnungen ist   dis Verfah-en   näher erläutert. 



   Nach Fig. 1 und 2 werden die zu vereinigenden Ränder der Bleche a und b   zunächst   genau passend aneinandergefügt und hierauf gemäss Fig. 2 bei c mittels der üblichen elekt ischen Punktschweissmaschine geheftet, wodurch schon eine Verbindung der   Blech. änder   unter Schliessung der Naht an dieser Stelle erfolgt. 



   Wird nun diese elektrische Heftung in Form entsprechend nahe nebeneinanderliegender Punktschweissungen vorgenommen (je dünner das Blech ist, desto näher sind diese Punktschweissungen aneinandejzu ücken), so findet zufolge der bei der Punktschweissung an den Rändern der Bleche entstehenden Hitze eine Ausdehnung des Materiales statt, welche Ausdehnung zur Folge hit,   dass   die Blechränder sich einander nähern, d. h. sich eng   aneinanderfügen   und so die Naht sich so gut wie völlig   schliesst.   Nun findet die autogene Verschweissung in der üblichen Weise statt, indem die Stichflamme des Benners gemäss Fig. 3   längs   der vorgehefteten und wie erläutert bereits   äusserst   engfugigen Naht d entlang geführt   whd.   



   Bei dieser autogenen Schweissung vollzieht sich ein Ineinanderfliessen der Blechkanten und somit ein   völliges     Ausfüllen   der feinen Fuge zwischen den   Band : ändern,   die somit gewissermassen verwachsen, so d-ss aut diese Weise am fertigen Gefäss eine unsichtbare Naht entsteht. 



   Fig. 4 zeigt als Beispiel ein Geschirr, das sich aus dem Rumpf a und dem an diesen   Rtlmpf     anschliessenden   Boden B zusammensetzt, so   d@ss   die   Rundmht d   und die Längsnaht d'entsteht.
