Fig. 1 zeigt eine Ansicht des Knotenlegers.

Knotters for ties.
The subject matter of the invention relates to a knot layer for ties and essentially consists in the fact that a frame corresponding to the shape and size of the knot to be produced is equipped with a central transverse strip. to which one end of a fabric cut in the form of a tie front part is attached, in such a way that the fabric can be folded forward over the upper bar of the frame to cover it and pulled through a possibly replaceable ring attached to the lower bar of the frame, which pursues the purpose of the previously known tie ring to hold the longitudinal parts of the tie together.
Exemplary embodiments of the knot laying device are shown in the drawing. Fig. 1 shows a view of the knot layer. Figure 2 illustrates the manner in which the fabric is inserted and secured to the knot. Figure 3 is a view of the finished tie. FIG. 4 shows a section of the knot with the tie and FIG. 5 shows an embodiment of the knot.
The knot layer consists of a frame 1 which is adapted to the shape and size of the knot to be made. The frame] has a middle bar 2, from which the claw 3 protrudes upwards for placing the knot on the collar button and downwards the tips -1 protrude for piercing the fabric.
The upper bar 5 of the frame 1 is smooth, the lower bar 6 with the well-known tie
EMI1.1
be provided, which is screwed into a sleeve-like widening 10 of the lower frame strip 6 provided with an internal thread.
The fabric used for the tie is suitably cut in the form of a tie front part and is introduced into the frame 1 with its back 11 lying forward and pierced at the tips 4. You then only need to fold the fabric around the top bar 5 of the frame 1 so that the frame 1 is covered by the fabric and pull it through the ring 7 with a front 12 facing forward to obtain the finished tie, its shape is determined by hand by placing the fabric around the frame 1 and around the ring 7.
A corresponding neck part 14 is then placed between the fabric knot part 1.3 and the frame 1, with which the position of the tie on the collar is secured.
