Verwendet man
Grenzen schwanken.

Process for the production of molded and pressed pieces from paper or other fibrous masses.
In the Austrian patent specification 80020 a method for the production of molded and pressed pieces from paper pulp or other pulp pulps is described, which consists in the fact that paper or other pulp pulps of any origin in the usual in paperboard manufacture
Kind of knocked down on a sieve and from there drained into a form, with the molded pieces or individual layers of the same undergo a treatment with reagents, such as, for. B. in vulcanized fiber production, whereby the end product is given a leather-like soft or a fiber-like hard texture.
It has now been found that it is sometimes more advantageous, both from a technical point of view and from an economic point of view, not to manufacture the molded and pressed pieces entirely from layers of fibrous material, but rather to make them in conjunction with layers of masses which are predominantly made from other e.g. B. cheaper substances exist, but this combination can take place after the formation of layers before or after treatment with the reagents described in patent no. 80020 or with the finished molded and pressed pieces.
For example, one first produces a fiber fleece from cellulose, converts it partially or entirely into viscose, then carries one of any
A mass containing fillers and viscose as a binding agent is applied as a layer and then molded or pressed
Whole. Or you use a pressed piece made from asbestos fibers according to patent no. 80020, coat it with a suitable binding agent and then wear one made of inert fillers and one
Binder made mass layer, such as. B. a mixture of water glass, cement or magnesia cement and any fillers such as talc, slate powder, etc.
If you use
Fibers that are mixed or impregnated with a synthetic resin, the subsequent layers can also consist of synthetic resin as a binder and fillers.
The greatest possible differences can be found between the fibrous and filler layers
Composition exist. yes, it may even prove to be useful. different
Composition to choose. The number and thickness of the individual layers as well as the manner in which they are combined with one another, and finally the order and arrangement in which they follow one another, as well as the relationship between fiber material and filler layer can be very broad
Boundaries fluctuate.
