   Von diesen bekannten Vorrichtungen, die ihren Zweck nicht vollständig erfüllen, unterscheidet sich der Erfindungsgegenstand dadurch, dass bei ihm das aus Stahl mit der   Klemmschelle   aus einem   Stück   hergestellte Sperrband seiner ganzen Länge nach dicht anliegend an die Glühbirne wie auch an die Fassung ausgeführt ist, wodurch   ausgeschlossen ist, dasselbe mit   einem Werkzeug anzufassen, ohne die Lampe zu beschädigen.
