Check valve with automatic stroke regulation.
The subject of the invention is a check valve with automatic stroke control, which is characterized in that the closing surface of the valve disk is seated on a cylindrical slide guided in this, which after passing through a certain opening stroke of the valve body, which continues to move in the sense of opening, counteracts it by lever action the valve seat is pushed back.
In the drawing is an example embodiment of the subject invention in the vertical
Cross sections shown.
The closing surface of the valve disk m is arranged on the lower edge of a cylindrical slide 0 guided in it, the spindle a of which extends upwards through the hollow valve spindle n. The valve disk m is under the action of the closing spring h, which is supported against the rigid abutment disk and acts against the spring disk t carried along by the hollow valve spindle n.
The bearings e of the two-armed levers are arranged at diametrical points of the spring housing, the inner arms h, h of which act against the screwable pressure roller v seated on the spindle a and the crank pins d seated on the outer arms f, f from the loops c of the link b are included, which are articulated on the spring plate t.
When the pressure medium flows through, the valve disk m and the slide 0, which is guided in the same and forming the seat surface, are pressed together upwards, overcoming the spring pressure, until the lower ends of the loops c forming an idle run the simultaneously downwardly swung pin d of the lever f, Touch A. In this movement phase, the valve has reached its greatest opening, since with the further upward movement of the valve plate m or the spring plate t, the outer arms 1 of the lever swung upwards and due to the transmission ratio (1:
1) Swing the inner arms h downwards by the same stroke and push the cylindrical slide 0 downwards by the same stroke height. By choosing the transmission ratio of the arms f, h, the valve can also be set in such a way that the passage cross-section is throttled when the pressure of the medium flowing through increases.
PATENT CLAIMS: 1, non-return valve with automatic stroke control, characterized in that the closing surface of the valve disk sits on a cylindrical slide guided in this, which after passing through a certain opening stroke of the valve body, which continues to move in the sense of opening, acts against the Valve seat is pushed back.
