Isolier-und luleinrichtung für Transformatoren.
Den Gegenstand der Erfindung bildet die Isolierung und Kühlung von Transformatorwicklungen, deren Wesen darin besteht, dass die beiden Wicklungen durch geeignete Isolationsplatten einerseits gegeneinander, anderseits gegen das Joch isoliert werden und dass die Stirnseiten der Wicklungen soweit herausgeführt werden, dass sowohl zwischen Transformator und Primärwicklung als auch zwischen Primär- und Sekundärwicklung Kühlluft- oder Kühlölkanäle gebildet werden.
In der Zeichnung ist die Isolierung und Kühlung des Transformators in einem Ausführungsbeispiel dargestellt. Fig. 1 stellt den Drehstromtransformator im Längsschnitt, Fig. 2 im Querschnitt, Fig. 3 im Grundriss bei abgenommenem Joch dar.
Zwischen der Primärwicklung a und der konzentrisch angeordneten Sekundärwicklung b werden senkrecht zu den Transformatorblechen Isolationsplatten c eingelegt. Die Stirnseiten der Spulen werden über den Transformatorkern soweit herausgeführt, dass sowohl zwischen Kern und Primärwicklung a als auch zwischen Primärwicklung a und Sekundärwicklung bRinnen entstehen, durch die entweder Luft oder Öl streicht und die Wicklungen wirksam kühlt. Gegen das Joch werden die Windungen durch schwächere, über die Jochbreite herausragende Platten eisoliert.
Die Versteifung der beiden Wicklungen gegeneinander, gegen den Kern und gegen das Joch erfolgt einerseits durch die Isolationsplatten c und e, anderseits durch Leisten f, g und h, die vorteilhafterweise ineinander versetzt werden, so dass keinerlei Verschiebung der Wicklungen möglich ist.
Die Vorteile der Isolierung und Kühlung nach der Erfindung beruhen auf der Einfachheit der Konstruktion, auf der Zuverlässigkeit der Wirkung und in dem geringen Raumbedarf.

The object of the invention is the insulation and cooling of transformer windings, the essence of which is that the two windings are isolated from one another by suitable insulation plates on the one hand, and from the yoke on the other, and that the end faces of the windings are led out so far that both the transformer and the primary winding as cooling air or cooling oil channels are also formed between the primary and secondary winding.
In the drawing, the insulation and cooling of the transformer is shown in one embodiment. Fig. 1 shows the three-phase transformer in longitudinal section, Fig. 2 in cross section, Fig. 3 in plan view with the yoke removed.
Isolation plates c are inserted between the primary winding a and the concentrically arranged secondary winding b perpendicular to the transformer sheets. The end faces of the coils are led out over the transformer core to such an extent that grooves are created between the core and primary winding a as well as between primary winding a and secondary winding, through which either air or oil passes and effectively cools the windings. The turns are insulated from the yoke by weaker plates protruding over the width of the yoke.
The two windings are stiffened against each other, against the core and against the yoke, on the one hand, by the insulation plates c and e, and on the other hand, by strips f, g and h, which are advantageously offset so that the windings cannot shift.
The advantages of the insulation and cooling according to the invention are based on the simplicity of the construction, on the reliability of the effect and in the small space requirement.
