The multipolar step-by-step engine containing a rotor with constant alternating polarity magnets forming N pole pairs, distributed around the central axle and magnetized in parallel to this axle, the stator magnetic circuit with a winding disposed on the core and turo basic pole pieces lieing apposite each other in the same plane perpendicular to the rotor central axle, each of these pieces is connected to the core end and have a concave edge with pole teeth distributed arouns the said axle, and the rotor is extended in the plane parallel to the basic pole pieces plane, is is characterized by the fact that it is provided with interval tooth pole piece disposed between the basic pole pieces, the teeth of the intermediar pole piece are placed between the basic pole pieces teeth with the winded air gap formation.
