Abstract

The invention relates to a flexible container (10) of fabric material for transporting and storing bulk cargo. The container (10) comprises a shell (11) a bottom (12) and a closable filling opening (15). The container (10) can be lifted from its upper end, and the joints forming the container (10) are made by seaming or gluing. At least the inner surface of the container (10) is made of a seamable material, and the shell (11) of the container (10) is provided with a filling opening (15).
