Abstract

A container (1) with a snap-on lid with an at least one-part body (2) and a lid (4) which, together with a body component at the closure end of the body, forms a sealed closure, in which there is a lever gap between the body and lid for the engagement of a lever via which the lid can be levered up, whereby the lid has a circumferential sprung engagement lip (8) which engages from inside under tension in a sealing groove in the body component matching the shape of the engagement lip (in accordance with patent application P 40 29 146.4), whereby the engagement lip of the lid engages elastically in an inwardly rolled upper circumferential edge in the body component instead of in separately made sealing groove.
