Abstract

A book block (12) is connected at the spine (12a) of the book block to the cover spine (20) of a partially flexible cover (14) by a detachable and reconnectable adhesive layer (36, 38) which is arranged on the inside a reinforcing strip (32) which is fixedly bonded to the cover spine (20).
