Abstract

In a tray for holding containers, in particular yogurt containers, compartments (6) are designed with flexible tongues (8-11), the free front ends (14a) of which engage with the lower portion of a container (15) resting on the base (1) of the tray. The flexible tongues are shaped like a ridged roof and the roof-like section (14) of each flexible tongue on the compartment side is drawn far enough toward the base of the tray to engage with the lower portion of the container.
