Abstract

The resistive device has at least one resistive element (1) formed of meandering, folded plate strips (3). At the curves (12) of the meander, the resistive element (1) is held by insulating elements (4). The latter (4) are arranged in a row on a carrier bolt (6a, 6b) fastened to a frame. Holding elements (14) are provided on the plate strips (3) near the curves (12) of the meander. These fittingly engage in counter-holding elements (10) provided on the insulating elements (4), such that the plate strip (3) is held on the insulating elements (4) in a direction transverse to its longitudinal axis. <IMAGE>
