Abstract

A window is provided in a glass façade for a building. A window sash (7a) which is to be opened inwardly exhibits a sash frame (7) and a windowpane (8) fitted thereon. The windowpane (8) butts directly against a stop seal (17) of an outer retaining profile (3). The windowpane (8) is adhesively bonded to a peripheral adaptor frame (9). The adaptor frame (9) rests on an abuttment surface (10) of the sash frame (7) and, at its corners, can be adjusted, by means of adjustment screws (13), in the horizontal and vertical directions with respect to the sash frame (7). <IMAGE>
