Abstract

The weighing and sorting system includes a rigid container (3) which receives a pocket (2) containing a blood product to be processed. The container comprises a box with a window (5) in its front surface (4). A receptacle (6) is intended to receive the container, and has a shape and window to match it. A weighing system (9) determines the weight of the container (3) and a labelling device (10, 11) applies a label to the pocket. A sorting device (12) is able to sort the pockets after weighing.
