Abstract

1. Bubble mat for use with an underwater massaging device, which is capable of being connected to an air compressor by means of an air hose and of being placed into a bathtub, and which comprises air-supply channels (20) with air outlets (21, 22) as well as a compressed-air distributor (30) having shutoff valves (33), with at least some of said air-supply channels (20) being provided with air outlets (22) for delivering sparkling bubbles of air, characterized in that said air outlets (22) for delivering sparkling bubbles of air are designed as boreholes having diameters equal to or smaller than 0,5 mm, and that the wall thicknesses of said air supply channels (20) at least within the area around said boreholes are reduced to about twice or three times the value of said borehole diameters.
