Abstract

The securing system consists of a housing in which a pivoting pawl (6) is mounted which engages with a catch (9). The pawl can pivot about an extension while it engages with a springloaded slide so that its pivoting movement is restrained. The force exerted by the spring can be adjusted with an eccentric disc. On closing the door the pawl engages with a ridge (11) on the catch so that it is pivoted after which it snaps into a trough (10) in the catch and lies, under springloading, at an angle in the trough.
