Abstract

The glass bottle (100) has a neck (10) and a collar (11) at the bottle opening (20). A protuberance (30) is formed on the bottle in the collar space. A cutter (50), activated by opening the bottle cap (60), breaks the protuberance on first opening the bottle. A gripping ring (40) made with the bottle is located preferably on the other side of the protuberance. The cutter frames the collar zone which contains the protuberance and breaks the protuberance when rotated. The cutter has a window (51) which partially surrounds the protuberance. The window comprises a transparent film of material which allows verification of the state of the protuberance. The broken part of the protuberance is retained in the housing formed by the gripping ring, the collar, the cutter and the film.
