Abstract

The strip or ribbon conductor connector unit has several identical strip conductor connectors (2). Each connector (2) has a lower part (3) and an upper part (4) connected to the lower part (3). These parts clamp a strip conductor. The connectors (2) are open at two opposing long sides for the conductor outlet. To form the unit, a strip (12) of paper is clamped between the lower (3) and upper (4) parts of the connectors (2) arranged in a row. The ends (15,16) of the strip (12) extend beyond both ends of the resulting connector bank (18). The ends (15,16) are folded around the outside (19) of the bank (18) and are releasably connected to each other.
