Abstract
The arrangement includes a deflection device (3) for a daylight component supplied from outside. At least one artificial light source (6) generates an artificial light component. The deflection device is designed as a radiation or beam concentrator (3,32,33) which reduces an effective light entrance area (A1) to a relatively small light exit area (A3), whose normal is inclined to the room ceiling by an obtuse angle. The artificial light source is integrated in the deflection device. It has an anti dazzle element (34).
