Abstract

The front steering wheels (1,2) are mounted on the folding frame. Two brake levers (5,6) each operate a brake (9) for the wheels (7,8). An inner frame (12), inside the outer side frame, supports the front wheels and has a seat (14) with safety bracket (15). The top part (13) of the outer side frame is adjustable in height. The backward-protruding brake levers are mounted beneath the handle (3,4). The back wheels have brakes and possess a wider track width than the front wheels.
