Abstract

A device, with prongs, for fixing a bracelet to a watch, characterised in that, in the opposite parts of the prongs (3, 4, 5, 6), there is a groove (10, 10a) arranged on the one hand so as to receive one end of a bar (14) for fixing the bracelet (2) to the watch (1) and to enable the said end to slide inside the said groove, a recess being provided in the groove for receiving this end and retaining it, and on the other hand so as to receive a marginal part (15) of the bracelet (2) and to enable it to slide inside the said groove, the object being to impart the shape of the groove to the profile of the terminal parts of the bracelet when in place, over the length of the prongs.
