Abstract

The metal roof plate (1) comprises a snow guard element with, at least, one upright shield (5) that curves out of a plate base (4). The height (H) of the shield, which may be perforated, may be carried on about half the plate length (L). The side edges (5a,5b) of the shield may be built with a mount (6) which crosses over in the plate base. The mount may be rounded and built as a prop for the shield. The metal roof plate may be embossed with copper plating.
