Abstract

The invention relates to a sole for a sports shoe, especially for outdoor sports, with interchangeable cleats arranged on the underside of said sole. A retaining element (4) is arranged on each cleat. Said element fits into a retaining recess of the sole. The retaining element (4) has at least one protruding element (7) that is provided with a hook component (6). When the cleat is mounted, the protruding element (7) engages with a heel (8) in the vicinity of the retaining recess (5) and is maintained in a locked position by means of an expanding mandrel (9) which can be displaced inside said cleat (2).
