Abstract

The system has movement sensors (13,14) for identifying the explosion, arrangeable in the plant part at explosive risk or connected with this. At least one closing organ (3) is arrangeable between the plant part being protected and the plant part with risk of explosion. The system includes a trip unit (1), which has an electromagnet (5), which in its basic position holds the closing organ in its open position, and is connected electrically with the sensors and is operated by sensor signal. The closing organ is so preloaded, that after the operation of the trip unit, it is moved to its closed position. The trip unit is preloaded in its basic setting and the electromagnet has an active magnetic field for holding the trip in its basic position.
