Abstract

1. An electramagnetic apparatus such as an electrical transformer of the type comprising a frame structure in two parts (A, B), each of which is provided with a tubular body (1, 2), the body (1) of one of the two parts being disposed within the body (2) of the other, the inner body (1) being adapted to receive between the internal walls thereof a segment of magnetic circuit and the part comprising the outer body (2) being provided with at least two angle portions (51) which are disposed in mutually facing relationship on respective sides of another seperat of the magnetic circuit, substantially in line with intennal walls of the iner body (1) which are also disposed in mutually facing relationship, the apparatus being characterised in that at least ane of said internal walls in mutually facing relationship and at least ane of said angle portions (51) are provided with lips (14, 15) for holding their respective segment of magnetic circuit.
