Abstract

The invention relates to packaging for tablet-shaped objects, especially hygroscopic detergent tablets, comprising a sealed secondary packaging and film packs which are located in said secondary packaging and in each of which at least one tablet is accommodated. Each foil bag is sealed by a cross-seam on both sides and by a longitudinal seam in a longitudinal direction. The aim of the invention is to improve the packaging in such a way as to prevent the tablets from being directly subjected to stresses caused by knocks or pressure. To this end, the film packs (3) are sorted and arranged in the secondary packaging (2) with their longitudinal seams (5) aligned so that they are parallel (5) with each other, the length of the film packs (3) being greater than the distance of the side walls (2b) of the secondary packaging which are parallel to the cross-seams (4), so that at least one end area (8) of the film pack (3) lies in the secondary packaging (2) in such a way that it is elastically bent round and the two side walls (2a) of the secondary packaging (2) that are parallel to the longitudinal seams (5) of the film packs (3) are provided with wall reinforcements.
