Abstract

The pellets are conveyed between a supply container and burner chamber (6). A guide device (41) is provided in relation to the flow direction of the discharging exhaust gases (34) at the end of an exhaust duct (37) which is defined by the underneath of the cooking plate (12) and the upper boundary plate (35) of a baking compartment (19). The guide device ensures at least a part of the exhaust gas flow is discharged directly to an exhaust outlet of the stove body (1) and/or at least some of the exhaust gases are diverted into a connected exhaust flue (43) for heating additional outside surface areas of the baking compartment.
