Abstract

1. Built-in kitchen unit (1) provided with at least a plurality of top cabinets (4) and a plurality of bottom cabinets (2) covered by a table-top member (5) as work top and further with a wall-compartment extending over a length of several bottom cabinets (2) and top cabinets (4) respectively, while the front edge (7) of the wall-compartment bottom (9) is attached to a turned-up edge (6) of the table-top member (5) and the top cabinets (4) are arranged on the top of the wall-compartment (3), characterised in that the turned-up edge (6) is situated at the back of the bottom cabinets (2) ; the wall-compartment (3), the table-top member (5) and the bottom cabinets (2) are connected to each other by a supporting member (8) ; and the top cabinets (4) are mounted at a given distance from the wall (15) by means of a supporting assembly (13) secured to the wall (15) and provided with protruding brackets.
