Abstract

1. Automatic water cistern consisting of at least one container (1), which is to be positioned in a lavatory cistern and provided for the reception of a water-soluble combination of effective substances, with a water outlet which is connected at the bottom region (4) of the container (1) and in the form of a shaped-on siphon (5), wherein the siphon (5) consists merely of a tube led upwardly up to the level of the liquid surface (6) in the container (1), then bent over and reaching down directly to a level below the height of the container bottom (7), characterised thereby, that a four-cornered hole (18) is provided on the one side of the container and a round hole (19) on the other side of the container for the laterally oriented pressing-in of a retaining bracket.
