Abstract

The invention concerns a method for providing, collecting and processing data concerning batches of products such as fruits in a manual packaging process of said products by a plurality of operators (O1-O6) in a plurality of assembly sites (21-26). The invention is characterised in that it comprises steps which consist in: conveying to each assembly site containers, and products to be assembled; simultaneously with each product assembly in a container by an operator, affixing on the container an operator identifying information and an information concerning the product assembly site; reading with a machine (L1-L6) data carried by said container; determining the time at which the reading is performed; assembling in a central unit, and storing, said read data carried by each container and said determined time; associating the operator identifying information with at least an information concerning the fruits.
