Abstract

1. A device permitting the registration of volumes of liquid put back into a storage tank, characterised in that the circuit which enables the contents of the standard measuring gauge to be returned to the storage tank (1) is formed by a vertical tube (16, 20a, 36) which opens into a chamber (11, 20b) the base of which comprises a seat (12, 39) which takes an appropriately-shaped float (13, 40) with a strainer (14, 41) or screen (21) which traps the float and is placed so as to limit the pressure of the liquid, the seat on which the float rests being extended at the bottom by ducting (9, 38) which terminates at a counter (7, 8, 45) which functions under slight pressure, this counter having its outlet (6) attached to the storage tank in question via a non-return valve (18, 46).
