Abstract

1. A plug connector for detachably connecting cable lines, consisting of a plug socket (2) and of a plug which can be coupled thereto, with a hollow-cylindrical plug housing (7) and with a contact insert (10) which accommodates exchangeable bush contacts (12) and which consists of insulating material, where sealing elements (11, 14) are inserted, in elastically deformed fashion, between the bush contacts (12) and the contact insert (10) and between the contact insert (10) and the plug housing (7), characterised in that the contact insert (10) consists of several parts and one part (10c) of the contact insert (10) contains conical bores into which are inserted, in shape-locking fashion, sealing elements (11) which surround the bush contacts (12) and which rest in the axial direction against another part (10b) of the contact insert (10), where the plug housing (7) is divided and one part (7a) can be screwed into the other part (7b) thus compressing the contact insert components (10b, 10c) and the sealing elements (11) arranged between them.
