Abstract

1. Automatic dispensing device for materials of pre-cut and rolled up bands, comprising a support for the material, a part of which includes at least an orifice for the passage of the band of material, characterized in that the orifice for the passage of the band of material consists of an opening (20a) or (26a) of fixed dimensions, made directly within the wall (20) or insertedly with in a shutter-holder (25 or 26) of a further opening (24a or 28a) of fixed dimensions, made on a mask or casing (24) or (28) adapted on the wall (20) or on the shutter-holder (25 or 26), and between these two elements with opening, of a shutter device (22 or 27) comprised of two portions connected elastically to one another so as to apply a resilient force on the material at rest, and to permit the dispensing thereof when said material is being pulled out, by a spacing apart of one of the two portions of the shutter device, said orifice being provided cross-sectionally with edges of rounded shape, and the dimensions of the orifice being calculated in accordance with the type of the material to be dispensed, so that at each pull exerted on the end projecting from the orifice, the pulled web will be automatically and systematically torn out while leaving a fresh end projecting automatically from the wall of the receptacle or support.
