Abstract

The recessed light fitting is secured into the ceiling by a mounting ring (10) which supports the reflector (15) via a set of support brackets (17). The bezel (20) comprises a ring shaped fitting which is hung under the reflector by hangers (21) made from metal pressings. Each hanger has a lower flange (22) with a lipped hole (23) for a threaded fastener to secure to the lip of the bezel. The upper end of each hanger is hook shaped (32,33,34) to clip into the lipped flange (37) of the reflector. The hangers are a one piece pressing with the shaft (30) curved into a part cylindrical shape. They are positioned with the rounded side outwards to simulate support rods. The lower flange of each hanger has a pressed tab (25) to align the hanger on the bezel without rotation.
