Abstract

1. Method of producing solutions in desired concentrations from liquid products and diluent, in which the diluent is first of all fed to and dosed in a dosing container, the liquid products are then dosed separately each in its dosing pump, the different doses being fed one after the other, at predetermined intervals, into an auxiliary container, connected to the container dosing the diluent so that the solution may flow by gravity from the auxiliary container to the dosing container, said doses being introduced into the auxiliary container after the diluent has been stirred by causing it to flow in a closed circuit between the two containers, the stirring being maintained during the whole of the mixing operation, the solution thus obtained being fed into a solution storage reservoir, from which it is fed as needed, a minimum amount of solution being permanently maintained in said storage reservoir.
