Apparatus to clamp and rotate pressure cylinders comprises two symmetrically arranged guiding and supporting rails (1.3); two carriages (1.4) each with a holding sleeve (1.6) for the cylinder moving along the rails; and adjusting and holding spindles (1.5) for the carriages arranged in the center of the rails. The rails fix the apparatus to front walls (1.2) with the spindles positioned in them.
