Abstract

1. Cooking-through comprising a cooking surface (12) especially a glassceramic plate with cooking places, heating elements (15, 16, 17) for the cooking places and a frame like support (1), which has an upper framecase, a bearing-element (11) for the cooking-surface and an essentially vertical surrounding frame wall, on which are fixed mounting elements (20) for parts arranged in the hollow space of the support, such as heating elements (15, 16, 17), characterized in that the mounting elements, e.g. the holding-and pressure-elements (21, 24, 32, 65 to 70) for the heating elements (15, 16, 17) are constituted as profile-elements forming an unit with said support (1), which profile-elements project exclusively from the inside of the framewall (3, 4, 5) into the hollow space of the support, and in that further profile-elements also formed as an unit with the support (1) form a chamber separated by the hollow space of the support for installation of a power supply device for the heating elements.
